Hi there,
So I’ve checked your domain and I can see the DKIM record for it.
Please note that you have an SPF record set up for Hostinger. Are you referring to this TXT record?
Also, when you check your MailPoet 3 account, do you see the TXT for the DKIM set up showing as “Invalid”?
Hello Bruna,
Hope you are all safe.
In mailpoet the Dkim records are showing as verified for both.
Only the TXT records are showing to be invalid.
The SPF record set up for Hostinger already existed as TXT in the DNS records, I have additionally also added TXT record as mentioned in the Mailpoet Sender Domain Verification page.
How can I set up the SPF for mailpoet while keeping the SPF of hostinger intact.?
Can you please help?
Thank you in anticipation.

You don’t need to set up an SPF record when sending with us.
Everything seems correct when checking the DKIM record for your domain, but the TXT record is indeed missing. Can you please check if you have set it up correctly according to our article?
Hello Bruna,
Hope you are doing well.
Yes, I checked it is exactly as mentioned in the article no changes therein.
But still, it isn’t verified.
What else can be done? only both CNAME is verified not the TXT it shows Invalid.
Please let me know.
Looking forward
Stay safe
Hi!
Did you add the Host TXT record with your domain name at the end or without it? i.e: _mailpoet.outthrivenow.com?
If you added it with the domain name, try to add it without (just _mailpoet). I’ve seen some cases in some hosts where that fixes the problem.
Please let us know.
Hi there @outthrive,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
