    Hello, does the web hosting service need to support litespeed to use this plugin? and can I use it with Redis? (I use Hosting123)

    Also are there any other requirements?

    yes , the caching function requires LiteSpeed webserver to work

    for Redis, as long as your server has Redis server and redis extension , then you can use it
