• I currently have a blog at wordpress.com. My website is http://www.karenstauffer.com and is hosted at bludomain.com. I want to be able to use the plugins available for wordpress blogs but from what I understand they dont work on my blog at wordpress.com.
    I dont want to pay for MORE hosting. Suggestions?

  • You should be able to use any of the plugins. Log into the admin panel of your wordpress site and click on “plugins”. If you have already found a plugin that you want to use, you can simply upload and activate it from there, or you can search using a key word of the kind of plugin that you want to use which will give you a selection of plugins that do what you are looking for. Then, you can select one of those and install and activate it from there.

    There is no reason to pay for any more hosting. Your post mentioned where your website was hosted, but when I go to that address, I see another website of a photographer, so it looks like you are just piggy-backing off of someone else’s hosting account. That is fine, but, if that is the case, you still should have access to the admin area of your own wordpress site.
