Horrible Plugin and Customer Service

They do not help with any outside their written documentation. They do not help you why their plugin isn’t working. They create a sand box environment and then tell you it’s your hosting or some other plugin is making their plugin not work.

Then the just offer your refunds and when you finally tell them off. They cancel your product purchase and refund you without your authorization. I paid for the biggest package they had; unlimited sites. When they refund you the money, they will keep your license active, but take away your ability to download their plugin on any new sites.

I have been building websites for 11 years and they are far the worst plugin company I have dealt with. Absolutely horrible company!!!
