Horizontal Line width wont extend 100%

Hi –

I’d like a horizontal line near the top of my slider image and used the wysiwyg command. The line only extends so far. So I added the code necessary to extend the width across the entire screen but that did not work. What can I do to get the hr to extend across the entire browser from end to end? Website url is dev.socialprintshop.com.
