Hooks?

Hi,

Your API docs describe how to get data into Leads but I can’t find any details about hooks or any way to trigger events from it? For example, to write a custom add-on that does X thing when certain activity takes place, or certain conversion? Or even, to add a user to X list when they visit X page in the website (not submit a form, just browse)

Is there any more info about hooks or these kinds of things?
