My first intentions were to use the batch function to create both packing slips and invoices depending on a meta field in each order. However I don’t think this is possible with the way the plugin works. So I wanted to exclude orders from the batch instead.
For example, remove the orders that should get a packingslip from the invoice export. And remove invoice orders from the packingslip export.
I want this because it will allow me to reduce the amount of possible errors in our packing process.

Thank you for elaborating on your requirement.
I am a bit confused about your requirements. The ‘packing slips’ you mentioned, are they generated from any plugin?
The invoice buttons from our plugin are displayed for every order. How do you differentiate between the invoice & packing slips orders? Do you want that invoice should be displayed for specific orders?
