Homepage not loading correctly (menu)

    So I made some updates to my homepage and the updates are not loading correctly.

    Here is what I did

    -Made a new menu and header image which shows on all pages except home page.

    The website is http://www.fiberglassgutters.com

    Theme: twenty twelve

    When I am logged in it looks right and then when I log out or go to another computer it is not right.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
