homepage not found

    It looks like you’re using the default WordPress home page, in that it’s where your blog posts would normally appear, but you don’t have any blog posts, they’re all pages.

    Did you used to have a static home page, defined in Settings –> Reading?

    no I am using Mist theme homepage All was working well until I inadvertently trashed the introduction (home page) I took it our of trash, updated but that is what happened it is not quite as it was but is mainly there – just not coming up with url for the site

    the answer was in settings- reading Adam the designer of my theme ‘Mist’ solved it for me. Thank you Adam!
