Homepage Full Screen Changing Image

Hi… is there a way to make the homepage bg image a full screen always image and have it change say, every “x” number of seconds? The format is like this one

Where the background mountains can change image to say a sunset, sunrise, desert, etc. every 30 seconds… and then we have a overlay whatever on top of it that will function like a normal site, along with possibly the header at top.
