My developer and I took hours to find out this picture breaks the site. We tested many times, it will breaks the page where the image appear.

you can create a post with putting ‘test’ in the subject and copy and paste this image into the post and publish. The homepage will immediately showing error 502.
I hope the theme author can take a look why this image will breaks the site.
Hi,
This has nothing to do with the theme.
502 or 520 are all server errors.
You can try “fixing” your image.
1) Download your image onto your computer.
2) Rename your image to English name. Browser such as Safari may not load image, if filename contains non-English character.
3) Reduce your image size, you do not need an image that is larger than your computer screen. Large image size can cause some server to crash.
4) Upload to use on your website after you had done the above mentioned steps.
If it does not work for you. You will have to contact your web hosting server support for help.
Hope this helps.
Thank you

I contacted both my hosting company and cloudflare which do the caching for my site, both said nothing wrong on their side. My server is running fine and pretty steady. The site in fact ran into development mode with no visitors and still having this issue.
Here is another image breaks some functions of the sites, thought not as severe and its all English and number:

The thumbnail plugin couldn’t capture it and it breaks the disqus commenting system. I just simply copy and paste an image. I resize the image smaller if its too big, every time. but thats not the case. If I change to other image, everything is fine.
The 502 errors is a big issue from the first image I have mentioned, it emptied the homepage. Its a coding issue IMO. But anyhow, I will be caution on the image from now.
Will pro version of this theme provide technical support? other than forum?
