Homepage Changing in Editing Mode

After updating to 3.0.6 I am unable to edit my homepage in WordPress. When I attempt to edit it, Yoast switches out that page for a random product page (myurl.com/product/). I have to disable Yoast every time I want to edit my homepage now. My homepage is the only one of my pages that does this.
I have tried resetting to default settings and removing/reinstalling Yoast to no avail. I’m unsure if this is related to the myurl.com/example-post/ issue that has been circulating, because I also see this when I attempt to modify the homepage URL snippet. I have also tried recreating my homepage from the random product page to see if that would override it upon publishing but it does not. Any ideas?
