Do you want to create a static front page? Or just add a link to your front (posts) page?

First delete the Home page that you”ve recently published. Next open your header.php file and locate the code that is creating your top nav menu. Try looking for <?php wp_list_pages();?> and post just that line plus the line before and after here.
Not sure I follow you. Sorry but I’m new to WordPress. Other themes I’ve played with automatically added the home/blog page.
But not all themes do. Looks like you’ll need to edit at least 1 of this theme’s template files to add the code for the Home link. Try looking in header.php for the template tag I indicated above.
