Home Stats Not Showing

    When you select ‘Home’ from the ‘WooCommerce’ menu on the left of the screen, you see stats. The default is for today and it shows things like the number of orders and total value of those orders.

    As of this morning, that is just displaying nothing. If I select the ‘Week To Date’ or ‘Month to Date’ tabs, the same thing happens. Nothing displays.

    I’m still able to look at actual orders though.

    Is there is a reason for this or has anybody else experienced this problem?

    There have been no plugin updates between this working and now not working.

    Hi there,

    Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side? Also, did anything change recently (e.g. an update)?

    Finally, can you share a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    How do I do that sithout giving you access to the site at an admin level?

    With regart the stats page, it just displays nothing where the order stats would usually display. I could grab a screenshot, but not sure how to show that on here.

    You can copy/paste the status report by first clicking on “Get Status Report” and then “Copy for Support” when navigating to **WooCommerce > Status > System Status**

    I could grab a screenshot, but not sure how to show that on here.

    To share screenshots, the easiest would be to upload them to an image hosting solution like Dropbox, Imgur, Google Drive or snipboard.io and then share the direct links here.
