Home page woes

    Ok, so I started my blog, and the “Home page” would not show my blog. I contacted my hosting company support and they fixed it by renaming “home” to “home.html”

    Now I have 2 problems which might seem superficial, but… it’s bugging me.

    1- When I post the link for the page on Facebook, instead of a custy little link, I get the link (which work) with over it a big ugly “THIS SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION” which is what the “home page” was saying before my blog started showing up. It’s like the old page is still under there and that’s what Facebook is linking to.

    2- when I post a link to a particular blog post, it won’t show the picture within the post like it did with Blogger. Since a lot of my posts are recipes, they are a LOT less attractive without the pictures.

    I’m new to this but learning fast. Help?
