You can try to follow these Getting started steps, using 2.1 version and then switching to 2.1.1
I did downgrade the page builder plugin and solved the problem
I’ve managed to isolate the change in Page Builder that was causing a conflict with Maskitto Light. It was a check I put in to prevent double rendering of pages. This check wasn’t very important. It was mainly in place for efficiency. I’ll roll it back and release a hotfix update (version 2.1.2) in the next few hours.
