Home page not installing

    Hello. I have been struggling with this for 30 days. Nothing on Google or any forums about this. Please helpe me if you can.
    When I install the Hestia theme, the Home Page is not installed, it is not in the Page section. It does install the Sample Page, but nothing else, that is the only page. And the blog page is set as home page, for some reason, but it is not listed in the Page section either. I don´t have this problem with Astra or other themes.
    I have tried in 5 of my domains, lots of subdomains, to no avail, nothing works. The only time I could get the Home Page was installing WordPress 5.4, and older version, not 5.6 (the current one today). But I repeated the process several times since and didn´t work anymore.

    Hi @butifarra,

    The desired homepage selected in Customizer->Home Page settings: https://prnt.sc/x2l9m5

    There shouldn’t be a home page created by hestia. You can just create a new blank page and if you select it as your static home page (in the screenshot provided) – it will have all the sections of the Hestia homepage as in the demo.

    Yes, it is right. I could solve it. I forgot about this, I had done it some time ago. It is the only theme that does it as far as I know. It would be much simpler if Hestia installed its own pages (home, cart, about, contact, etcetera) in my humble opinion. Thanks for the reply.
