Home Page – Featured Posts

Hello,

Does anybody know whether it is possible to inverse the featured posts and home section (where the content added to the home page appears) on the home page ? At the moment, I have a large image, followed by featured posts and then the home section.

I am creating a website for a small organisation and I would ideally like to use the home section to briefly introduce users to what the organisation does, before they move on to anything else. I have tried playing around with the style sheets, etc., but without any success.

Unfortunately, for confidentiality reasons, I cannot post a link to the site, but I would be really grateful for any help.
