Home page / Featured posts: automatic slider

Hello,
In the Home page, it’s possible to have featured posts, for example 3 posts. but there isn’t automatic slider. it need a action on the bouton to see the next post.
Who could help me to modify that to have automatic slider for parameterizable time for each posts?
