Swift will refresh it automatically with Action based mode, any action which changes the content (update/new post/comment/order, etc). Time based mode will also clear/prebuild page cache when it was updated, but it will also clear the cache after it expired.
You can also use Clear Cache on Update Post by Page or Clear Cache or Update Post by URL in Settings->Caching->General to clear specific pages/URLs.
Hello, I asked already about the same problèm in a previous thread but I had no time to check again.
So, I have the same problem : homepage is not refreshing. It occurs with different themes on different sites. Homepage is default “last posts list”. Setting is Actions base mode. My homepage is here https://www.echodesplugins.li-an.fr/ and las post published (Clean Login) is not showing for non connected visitors.

Well, just read my answer here above.
You need to set Clear Cache on Update Post by Page or Clear Cache or Update Post by URL in Settings->Caching->General to clear specific pages/URLs.
It’s something I cannot understand : like I said, it’s not a specific page, it’s the default homepage generated by WP via index.php. I cannot put my domain name in these fields. I think I tested all the WP cache plugins and this bug/problem/behavior is very specific to your plugin.
