Highly effective problem solving

I am using the MathRank Basis SEO on my website. It worked fine but at certain moment I wasn’t able to change my focus keyword , my separator and some other stuff. The entering of a f.i. new focus keyword was possible but saving it was not possible.It worked fine but at a certain moment I wasn’t able to change my focus keyword , my separator and some other stuff anymore. The entering of a f.i. new focus keyword was possible but saving wasn’t. I am not really a JSON expert so I really was at my wit’s end. So I contacted the support desk of Math Rank by e-mail, describing my problem. The next they described a solution for me. I applied it and my problem was gone.
