I’m looking for solution, which will allow me or post’s author to highlight comments, which are worth reading on given post.
So far I found old plugin “Highlight Comments“, but it hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. So probably there is better solution/idea to do via functions.php or different plugin?

UPD #1: Found this plugin, but it’s old too.
