High CLS Issue on Desktop

    I am getting high CLS issue on Desktop on Google Page Speed Insights as well as when I visit my site on personal browser it looks like critical css is not working for desktop version and it first load page without any css then load css.
    my page sort of look like this

    please try add / into page optm -> tuning css -> ucss exclude uri , purge all , see how it goes
