    Hi Jacob,

    The hierarchy is specified using WordPress’ own menu editor, and not the settings page of our plugin. Much like when you create regular WordPress submenus.

    Please let us know if you still need help with this.

    Yes, this is what I assumed. However my hierarchy isn’t applied, though I have set it in the WordPress’ menu editor.

    That is very strange. Here are a couple of suggestions:

    a. Did you have the free version of our plugin installed earlier? If so, make sure that this version is completely removed from your system, and that the active plugin is the Pro version.

    b. What happens when you try creating a completely new menu from scratch, other than the one you’ve already created?

    One more thing: It’s unlikely, but it could be that your current theme doesn’t support submenus. Have you tried with a different theme?
