Hierarchy symbols

    Hi, I have chosen to “Show Hierarchy” for my categories. I’m seeing some inconsistency with the plus/minus (expand/collapse) icons. At times, the plus icon horizontal bar disappears and what’s left is a vertical bar only.

    Also, wondering if the child terms can be expanded by default?

    Hi @artoftech

    If you have some CSS conflict, try to use browser inspect tools in order to find what styles are causing this conflict so you can fix them on your site.

    The hierarchy status is saving how you open them, so even after the page is refreshed you’ll get the exact status of how you left it.

    You can only write some custom code for the custom statuses.
