Hiding Custom Fields

I’ve been exploring WP as the backend to a new blog. My current one is under MT 2.6. There’s a certain feature I need, and hoping someone could tell me if/how it can be done.

I’d like to use a custom Field for a download link, but hide it from everyone except myself. 🙂 I would be using the download link only for my own backup needs, and not want anyone else to be able to obtain the download link, even registered users. Is this possible?
