Hiding Comments Section

Is there any way to hide comments section altogether?

Hi @enderozkanal,
The Comment section is actually coming from and handled by WordPress, not the theme.
You can disable Comments from Setting > Discussion. Or you can also use a plugin like Disable Comments – Remove Comments & Stop Spam or Disable Comments to do that.
