    Is there an easy way to block the firing of the tracking pixel based on coupon code or customer id? We have a lot of our regular customers that where not acquired from a affiliate that are firing through one of our affiliates just because they might have clicked a link at some point.

    I recommend reaching out to our support team (shareasale@shareasale.com) regarding this. They can give you full details.

    In the meantime, using Commission Rules in ShareASale you can control commission rates based on coupon codes used or customer IDs without suppressing the pixel, which the plugin doesn’t support. To pass customer IDs to ShareASale’s pixel, you would need to configure Tracking Settings >> Merchant-Defined Type >> Customer >> ID.
