hide posts until appove it !?

    Hello guys
    I have a question ,
    is it a possiblity to hide the new posts until I or an admin approve it !?
    and thanks for any help

    Apply the Contributor role to all of your other authors. They will then only be able to submit posts for review rather than publishing them.
