Hide pages (not posts) from the sitemap

I wanted to block some pages (not posts) from the sitemap but was having a hard time finding the numbers for pages. Eventually I found that hovering over the page titles in the WordPress admin panel would show me the post number for pages. It’s visible in the lower-left corner of my browser. Just a tip for other noobs out there.
Evenually I ended up formatting the shortcode like this:
‘[simple-sitemap types=”page, portfolio, post” exclude=”2800,3140,3330″ orderby=”ID”]’
