Hide Direct Link with a Random Link Generator?

Hi, i would like to hide some of my website links and generate a random link that points to the real on. For exemple: i have http://www.mywebsite.com/xxx/zigg.avi and i want people to see
http://www.mywebsite.com/5ad58aad46ad with 5ad58aad46ad being a random number that never appears twice. I want to apply this to all the file in the /xxx folder. Is that possible? Thanks for the help.
