Hide admin bar customize menu

    I’m trying to hide the admin bar customize menu for other admins.
    There is no option to hide that item.
    Weird thing is that I don’t have the Customize link on the admin bar for myself. Only other admins.
    How can I remove that.

    Note that I can do it via the functions.php file but was wondering if there was a way through the plugin.
