Hide a product category for a user

I want to display a the meat category for a customer for example, and for another customer, I just want to display the fish category. In both cases, I want to hide a category depends on the customer (the user).

One approach you could investigate for this would be to use WooCommerce Membership and create a Membership Plan which would allow access to different product categories on your site.

You could then give customers access to those membership plans and they would not be able to see categories which they plan did not allow access to.
