Hidden tax for shipping

I have been using the PayPal Express plugin for a short time, I have the latest version, so far I have only sold a few products using this plugin, but unfortunately a serious, and I would even say a critical problem appeared.
Well, although none of my shipping classes charge shipping tax, shipping tax is somehow added to the final amount. What’s worse, on any screen, neither on the checkout page nor even on the PayPal page, you can not see that the shipping tax will be charged. Only after ordering the payment and redirecting to the store’s page, the customer sees that he has paid a greater amount than previously shown by the amount of tax for shipping. And although it is not a large amount (about 1 euro), it is unacceptable.
I have screenshots of all transaction stages, also from PayPal, so I can send them by e-mail.
