Hidden search form in widget

Hi!
First of all thank you very much for this great plugin! 😉

It seems that this issue (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/disappeared-after-update) is still not fixed. For the last releases I always had to use the fix, otherwise there was no form visible.
Same with the latest update. Here I had to comment out:
line 26 if ($tag != ‘bps_auto’) echo “<div id=’buddypress’>”;
line: 175 if ($tag != ‘bps_auto’) echo ‘</div>’;

I’m using BuddyBoss theme. Maybe it’s a bug of the theme?!
