Hidden fields in Autoresponder Summary

We just found that {summary} tag in default autoresponder prints out all fields, including the hidden ones. In our case, these include UTM* as well as handl* params

I don’t think it is a good idea to send data not shown on the form itself to the submitting user. This may confuse or scare them and in any case, not be a good user experience

I’m suggesting excluding hidden fields from {summary} by default and potentially allowing to add params/attributes to this magic tag to specify which fields to include/exclude
