    Hi,

Somehow there are multiple CSS files within the subdomain I have a site I’m developing that I did not create, and cannot actually see with FTP. The site is here.

Firebug showed me that there are 3 different CSS files all competing. It claims they are in my theme folder but I see nothing there. I’ve never seen this happen before and cannot figure out why or how to remedy the situation. This occurred as soon as I installed with no plugins so I’m even more purplexed. Might be hard for someone to diagnose this without logging in to FTP but I could be wrong.

I see the extra CSS in the page source but I can’t figure out how it’s getting inserted there. I checked my template files and I see nothing. Thanks to anyone willing to help!

  • The other blocks that Firebug reports as a stylesheet are most likely styleblocks within the header of your page, not external CSS files. I see two blocks on your site header when I do a View Source in Firefox. Look at your View Source code and see if it matches what Firebug is reporting as the extra files.

Yeah, my header.php file had style in it. Not sure which plugin placed it there but that solved it. Thanks for the reply!
