Hi i need desperate help

i accidently got rid of the /wp that was on my website without looking up intstructions on what to do or how to do it properly. i then panicked when i couldnt log on and fix it so i looked up instructions and everyone said use filezilla, okay great solution.

no, i got filezilla, tried to log on and it still. wont. help. have i truly cocked this all up? the error i get is critical error: could not connect to the server
