    We just bought your premium version and I downloaded it after removing the demo. I am not having a very good experience so far. I cannot get the plugin to save the categories when I add them. Also, I don’t see the “Team” option like the manual says to add any users. I am not able to access the styles and colors. Basically it behaves as if I am using the demo. Please advise.

    Could you please make sure the latest version of the plugin (1.0.13/5.0.13) is installed to your website? This sounds like a bug we fixed a little while ago.
