Help! WordPress Hacked Overnight

Hi,

My site (http://leanitup.com) was working completely fine yesterday, and when I woke up this morning it was slow, the layout/structure was altered, and weird code had been injected into the footer.php file.

Now I can’t even load it up.

Has anyone had a similar issue and know what the best course of action is to fix it? Thank you SO much in advance.
