help with thumbnail and embedding

hey, so basically my site is http://www.watchithere.site40.net and the thumbnails arent showing up properly, i just want it to show a random frame of the video, you click the video and it takes you to the film that works but the thumbnail dont, ive tried loads of things but it still dont work.

any help is appreciated
