Can I get some advice on my site: http://www.crackthespine.com/

I’m using the Magazino Template and I’d like to limit the number of post boxes that appear on the homepage to 8. Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?

Hey there kerrifarrellfoley,

Hope you’re well today!

Did you try to set number of posts displayed on a blog page? Option is located in Settings / Reading http://screencast.com/t/AxoFuBx0iDg4. Setting up that number at 8 should display only 8 posts per page.
