Help with theme…

Hellp! I am struggling a bit with one thing in particular. It’s probably really simple to sort! Here is the link to my site http://www.outsource-typing.com. Now, on ever single page, e.g. “Home”, “Services”, etc it has the drop-down menu – fantastic – but it also (rather irritatingly) displays “Home”, “Services, etc., below the header and at the top of the start of the text, if you see what I mean. I’m not great with HTML but have a very basic knowledge so I went in to see if I could delete the bloomin’ thing and when I appear to remove it, it removes the link to the page – ARgggggGHhhhh! If someone could help with this I’d be very, very happy indeed 🙂
