Help with pretty link install

    I do not have a self-hosted wordpress. I am using wordpress.com hosted free blog. Can I still use pretty link? I did not undersand the instructions which says “Upload ‘pretty-link.zip’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/'” directory.

    How do get the zip file to this directory? I am not seeing how to do this though admin.

    Most plugins you find here at WordPress.org are for self hosted sites. WordPress.com does not allow you to use any plugins outside of their approved ones.
