Help with Pages

Im trying to make a site based on static html, and a sub-directory (http://trytry.99k.org/blog) powered by wordpress. But I got a problem when i trying to go from my blog (http://trytry.99k.org/blog) back to my main page and other sub-dir ( it becomes http://trytry.99k.org/blog/about) got an extra nested dir. should I modifly my htaccess file or my theme pack?is so how do it do it, thanks!
