Help with Page Templates

Hello. 🙂

I’m using Comicpress with WordPress, and I’m trying to make various pages to support my site. My question is with the page templates. For my links page, I want to obviously use the Links page template, but when I do, it doesn’t take into account any changes I’ve actually made and posts a default list of links that I don’t want. How can I change this?

I’d post on the comicpress forums, but it’s riddled with spam and I don’t think they would get back to me. Thank you so much!
