Help with mp3 player

    I have tried a couple of mp3 player plug ins but I can’t seem to figure them out.
    I want music in the background of my website and I want it consistent (it continues to play, even when you click on the different tabs and pages) The players I tried to use didn’t seem to have an potion to upload my own files.
    I need help PLEASE!!
    You might have to explain it in detail because computers are not my strength! 🙂
