Support » Fixing WordPress » Help with making posts look right

  • I would like to change the way my posts look on the front page, which is static. Only a portion of each post is displayed, but I think I’d like to see how it looks with the whole post visualized. At the very least, I would like to be able to clean up the way the partial post view looks. You can see what I mean by going to link . I would upload a screenshot, but I don’t know how to (or if I even can) on this forum.

In the settings for “reading”, I have set “For each article in a feed, show: Full Text”, but it doesn’t seem to matter. I assume the problem is related to something my programmer did, but I am no longer working with him. Can anyone help?

My other question is likely an easier fix. On the front page the background color of the (partial) posts is white, which is how I would like it. But when I go to each individual post, the background is dark. I would like to be able to change this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know only extreme basics regarding code, so treating me like a small child is appropriate if you have any instructions!
