Help with mail lists

Hi folks

Im new to mail server etc type stuff. I am trying to set up a mailing list, similar to those you get on development sites: I.E. two way collaborative anyone can send a message to it and it gets distributed to everyone else on the list.
Is there a plugin for this in WP? I did look myself but the descriptions confused me as to what exactly the listed plugins do and dont do

I would like to end up with something similar to a mailman list, but ideally integrated into WP and less mail server config, which as I mentioned I know little about.
