Help with King Size Theme Gallery

I have the king size theme installed on my website and am having trouble with the galleries that come included in it. The one I want to use is called Fancybox. Now, when I insert images into the page, they come up as default images in a grid or in columns. Then below that, where the fancybox gallery should function, the images come up as little blue square thumbnails with a question mark. But when clicked on, the gallery pops up and the images show in a slide gallery.
